Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and made in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more precise manner. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being engineered and developed all the time and will debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices are able to automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory would compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
